ARabic QUizThis quiz is part of Arabic as a foreign language course which aims at developing Arabic language skills of a group of young learners to be able to communicate in Arabic effectively. It covers the four language skills, besides grammar and vocabulary.
This lesson mainly aims at developing the learners’ knowledge about vocabulary meanings. They key challenge in designing this lesson was how to make the learners practice and test their vocabulary knowledge in an interesting way. After considering different instructional strategies, I found that a quiz with a verbal feedback will be making the practice more interactive. The learner will feel as if he practices with his teacher in the classroom. It is more engaging and interesting to the young learners.
