This lesson is part of customer service training program which aims at onboarding the customer service new hires and helping them acclimate to their new job roles , and the company’s culture and ensuring they’re ready to communicate with your valuable customers.

This lesson mainly aims at building the new hire’s awareness about the most effective ways to deal with customers. They key challenge in designing this lesson was how to turn these tips and strategies into an engaging learning experience. After considering different instructional strategies, I found that scenario based training will be effective with this content. It is more engaging and turns the theoretical strategies into real world situations.
