Small Business ProblemsThis lesson is part of Business Start-ups training program which aims at developing business skills and strategy of business owners and entrepreneurs to run a successful business. It covers several topics such as; starting your business, hiring employees, and managing operations, etc.
This lesson mainly aims at building the new business owners and entrepreneurs’ awareness about the most common small businesses problems and the best solutions as well . They key challenge in designing this lesson was how to turn raw content of problems and solutions into an engaging learning experience. After considering different instructional strategies, I found that scenario based training will be effective with this content. It is more engaging and turns the theoretical problems and solutions into real world stories.
