Discrimination in the workplace

This lesson is part of Discrimination in the workplace which aims at building the employees’ awareness about the discrimination policy and the actions required to deal with discrimination cases.

This lesson mainly aims at helping the employees to learn about the discrimination policy and the actions to be taken. They key challenge in designing this lesson was how to present the discrimination policy into an engaging learning experience. After considering different instructional strategies, I found that building a real world scenario representing a case of discrimination and giving the learner the chance to deal with it. It is more engaging and turns the theoretical problems and solutions into real world stories.
